Bolivia consolidates customs-warehouse receipt controls
On 8 October 2026, Bolivia’s Aduana Nacional approved a consolidated customs-warehousing procedure under RD 01-076-26, applicable from 10 October. Its receipt controls matter for importers handling split consignments: grouping records does not renew the storage period.

One procedure replaces two instruments
The resolution adopts GNN-PA-03 version 1, replacing the warehousing regulation approved by RD 01-078-25 of 30 October 2025 and the procedures manual identified as RA-PE 02-098-25 of 7 October 2025. This is a consolidation event, not a claim that every operational rule was first introduced in October.[3]
Keep each receipt’s clock
Section IX, paragraph 8 requires a goods-receipt record, PRM, for each transport unit where goods arrive in parts under the same transport document, goods-acquisition declaration (DAM) or household-effects declaration. After the final unit arrives, the declarant groups the records through a PRA in SUMA. Vehicle receipts cannot be grouped; each vehicle requires its own import declaration linked to its receipt.[1]
Generating the grouped receipt does not restart, suspend or interrupt the storage-period calculation for goods in each underlying PRM. Cancellation releases the linked receipts once accepted through SUMA, but is unavailable where the PRA is associated with an import declaration.[1]
Distinguish retained safeguards from new relief
Articles 34 and 35 of the superseded 2025 regulation already provided for grouping split arrivals under one transport document, excluded vehicle receipts, preserved the original storage clock and restricted cancellation after association with an import declaration. These safeguards therefore should not be described as newly granted October concessions. The dated predecessor comparison concerns those receipt provisions, not every warehouse rule.[2]
The official current-regulations record lists version 1 as in force and records 8 October approval. For multinational importers and logistics groups, the practical point is to align consolidated shipment records with each constituent receipt’s remaining time. A later grouping entry is not a fresh storage-period allowance.[4][1]
